The Council has commenced a District Wide Community Governance Review. The purpose of the review is to enable the Council to consider what changes are needed to the parish arrangements.
A District wide review has been undertaken in recent years with proposals being implemented in 2002. A further District wide review is now needed:
The council is now conducting the first stage of the review process and is inviting residents and interested organisations to submit their views on the above issues.
The Council has published its Terms of Reference Document for the review and a copy can be obtained by contacting the Electoral Services team as shown below or viewed at the Council’s Offices. It can also be viewed on the District Council’s website www.eastcambs.gov.uk
